What age range is the pediatric care service available for?
Our service is available for newborns (0-28 days), infants (1-12 months), toddlers (1-5 years), and children up to 12 years old. The care approach is tailored to the child's developmental stage.
What pediatric care services are available?
Services include: pediatrician home visits, growth development examination, home vaccination, sick child treatment (fever, flu, diarrhea), breastfeeding and solid food consultation, premature baby care, and pediatric physiotherapy.
Is home vaccination available?
Yes, we provide home vaccination service by trained doctors or nurses. Available vaccines include: mandatory vaccines (BCG, DPT, Polio, Measles, Hepatitis B) and additional vaccines (PCV, Rotavirus, Influenza, etc.).
How much does a pediatrician home visit cost?
Pediatrician home visit starts from IDR 400,000 per visit (excluding procedures/medications). Vaccination and growth development check packages are available at special prices. Contact us for details.
What if my child is sick at night?
For non-emergency cases, we provide 24-hour consultation via phone/WhatsApp. For doctor visits outside working hours, available with additional charge. For emergency conditions, please go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Is service available for premature babies?
Yes, we have nurses specially trained for premature baby care at home. Services include: weight monitoring, feeding support, kangaroo care education, and NICU coordination if needed.
Is breastfeeding consultation available?
Yes, we provide certified lactation consultants to help breastfeeding mothers. Services include: breastfeeding position consultation, addressing breastfeeding problems (sore nipples, mastitis), and support for pumping/expressed breast milk.
