What is the doctor home visit service?
Doctor home visit service is a medical service where a general practitioner or specialist comes directly to your home for examination, consultation, and medical treatment. Suitable for patients who have difficulty going to clinics/hospitals or need routine care.
Which specialist doctors are available for home visits?
We provide general practitioner and several specialist visits including: internal medicine doctor, neurologist, geriatrician (elderly specialist), pediatrician, and rehabilitation medicine doctor. Specialist availability depends on schedule.
How much does a doctor home visit cost?
General practitioner visit starts from IDR 350,000 per visit. For specialists, it starts from IDR 500,000-800,000 depending on specialization. Costs do not include medication and additional procedures.
Can the doctor prescribe medication?
Yes, the doctor can prescribe medication after examination. We also provide medicine delivery service to your home (optional) for your convenience.
How long is the waiting time for a doctor visit?
For routine visits, booking is minimum 1 day in advance. For urgent cases (non-emergency), the doctor can arrive within 2-4 hours depending on availability. For serious emergency conditions, please go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Is the service available on Sundays or holidays?
Yes, doctor visit services are available 7 days a week including national holidays. However, specialist availability may be limited on weekends.
What medical procedures can be done at home?
Doctors can perform: complete physical examination, IV insertion, injections, catheter insertion, wound care, nebulizer, ECG examination (if equipment available), and blood sample collection for lab.
What if the patient needs to be referred to a hospital?
If the doctor determines the patient requires further treatment at a hospital, the doctor will provide a referral letter and help coordinate with your preferred hospital.
